"Ryan's is a realtor who excels in every aspect of the job. Ryan's knowledge of the real estate market maximized the selling price of our home in a shifting market. His marketing strategy optimized buyer exposure and showing activity. Ryan's followup with other agents was great and he gave us immediate feedback on showings. He was committed fully to selling our house--during one lengthy showing he answered questions almost the entire time by phone from the potential buyer through the realtor conducting the showing. Ryan is detail oriented and well organized. His response to texts or emails was always immediate. Ryan guided us through the process of selling, as well as buying our new home, with patience and consideration. His participation in and support during the walkthrough of our new home and attendance at closings allowed us to attend to items we might not have noticed.Ryan understood completely what we wanted to purchase in a new home and helped us look at the pros and cons of the properties we visited. "We met Ryan through a mutual contact in Tucson and he turned out to be absolutely terrific to work with. We were in the market to buy a Winter home in Tucson in a very tight market and Ryan went the extra mile to really understand what we were looking for and help us narrow down the choices so we could move fast. We developed an understanding early on to the point that we would have trusted him to put in an offer sight unseen if we were unable to be in Tucson. Throughout the process Ryan was very efficient in lining up inspectors and handymen to handle some of the work that needed to be done on the house. Even though we have already closed, he continues to follow up with contacts for services such as pest control, landscaping and repair work. Plus, he has even stopped by our new house to check on things as we are out of town for the Summer. If you want a realtor who is willing to put in the time to really understand what you are looking for , is highly ethical and who will stay engaged throughout the process I highly recommend Ryan.
